Nilo’s provides free, browser-based tools for working with documents, images, and text. All processing happens locally on your device. You don’t need an account.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the site.
• Build automated scrapers or bots that hammer the site.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce a specific result. Always keep a backup of important files.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nilo’s and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.

You retain all rights to files and text you process. The service’s name, branding, and original content are the property of Nilo’s.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
